 The Field Museum is home to Sue, the world’s largest, most famous T. rex, plus more than 35 world-renowned exhibitions. In “Underground Adventure”, visitors magically “shrink” to explore a subterranean world where everything is one hundred times its normal size. Meet the famous man-eating Lions of Tsavo, made famous in the movie “The Ghost and the Darkness.” Discover “Inside Ancient Egypt,” where 23 Egyptian mummies and 5,000-year-old hieroglyphics reside. Walk amid dinosaurs in the newly renovated dinosaur hall - “Evolving Planet” and be among the first to visit the brand-new exhibition “The Ancient Americas.”

Tip: During Spring Breaks, summers, holidays, and special occasions, the Museum frequently extends or shortens hours. Please check the website or call for details. For fastest access to the Museum, Go Chicago Card holders should enter the Museum at the south entrance.
