Hourly departures from 10:00 am–4:45 pm. Last tour is from Sears Tower at 4:45 pm. Please call ahead to confirm schedule, as the weather may affect departures.
Closed: Mondays (year round) and Tuesdays (April 4–May 21 and November 1–December 9), New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Notes:
You must pick up your Trolley pass at the Gray Line tour office located at the Palmer House Hilton or at Gray Line Booth outside the City of Chicago Store, located at 163 E Pearson (inside Historical Pumping Station). Boarding and leaving the trolley is permitted at designated stops only.
Go Chicago Card is valid (per the life of the card) for your choice of one Gray Line tour per day (choice of Trolley, North Side, South Shore or Grand Tour). Tours are occasionally not operational due to special events, outside of the control of
Go Chicago Card.
Tip: Look for Gray Line tour guides who are easily identified by their blue shirts.
